Domashniy [RU+4] is a time-zone edition of the Russian channel Domashniy, with programming shifted four hours from Moscow time. The eastern edition places series, daytime projects and evening programmes closer to local time.
Domashniy speaks to family and female audiences, with programming built around melodramas, series, medicine, cooking, family, fashion, home renovation, travel and animals. Recognizable shows include "Poleznoye utro" (Helpful Morning) and "Polezny den" (Helpful Day).
The main channel belongs to the STS Media holding and uses the slogan "The Main Channel for Women". Its broadcast day combines practical daytime formats, evening series, family stories and light lifestyle projects. Vyacheslav Murugov is the channel's general director.
In the Domashniy [RU+4] schedule, the four-hour shift is most visible in daytime programmes, melodramas, evening series and repeats. The channel remains connected with the main Domashniy programming, while airtime is adapted for the eastern time zone.
