About ТВ 3 (TV 3)

TV 3 [RU+4] is a time-zone edition of the Russian federal channel TV 3, with programming shifted four hours from Moscow time. The eastern edition brings series, mystery projects, films and evening premieres closer to local prime time.

TV 3 focuses on genre entertainment. Its programming includes feature and documentary films, series, science fiction, fantasy, mystery stories and projects built around secrets, unusual plots and genre cinema. The slogan "Switch on your imagination, switch on TV 3" supports that identity.

The main channel began broadcasting on 6 June 1994 and has belonged to Gazprom-Media since 2014. Konstantin Obukhov is the general producer. The channel works in 1080i 16:9 HDTV and keeps a clear emphasis on mystery, fantasy and genre film.

In the TV 3 [RU+4] schedule, the four-hour shift is most noticeable in evening series, films, thematic selections, premieres and repeats. The channel remains part of TV 3 programming, while airtime is adapted for the eastern time zone.
