TVC [RU+7] is a time-zone edition of the Russian federal channel TVC, with programming shifted seven hours from Moscow time. It is intended for regions using UTC+10 local time, where current-affairs programmes, city projects and evening films appear closer to local prime time.
TVC programming includes current-affairs programmes, city-focused shows, entertainment projects, feature films and thematic cycles. Regular projects include "Delovaya Moskva" (Business Moscow), "Litsom k gorodu" (Face to the City) and "Magiya mody" (Magic of Fashion).
The main channel was launched on 9 June 1997, is owned by the Government of Moscow and is part of Russia's first digital terrestrial multiplex. The slogan "At the Centre of Life" reflects the channel's urban and public-affairs focus.
In the TVC [RU+7] schedule, the seven-hour shift is most visible in evening films, city projects, current-affairs programmes, thematic cycles and repeats. The channel remains part of TVC programming, while airtime is adapted for the eastern time zone.
