Muz TV [RU+7] is a time-zone edition of the Russian federal music channel Muz TV, with programming shifted seven hours from Moscow time. It is intended for regions using UTC+10 local time, where charts, awards, music videos and concert programmes appear closer to local evening time.
Muz TV programming includes videos by Russian and international performers, charts, awards, concerts, interviews, entertainment programmes and curated selections. One in-house cycle is "Nashe" (Ours), built around videos by Russian artists.
The main Muz TV channel began broadcasting on 1 May 1996 and works as a Russian-language music channel. Russian clips make up about 75% of music airtime, while international clips account for about 25%, keeping the channel closely tied to the Russian pop scene.
In the Muz TV [RU+7] schedule, the seven-hour shift is most visible in charts, music premieres, concert blocks, interviews, video selections and evening entertainment programmes. The channel remains part of Muz TV programming, while airtime is adapted for the eastern time zone.
