Yu TV [RU+7] is a time-zone edition of the Russian entertainment channel Yu TV, with programming shifted seven hours from Moscow time. It is intended for regions using UTC+10 local time, where reality shows, series and evening projects appear closer to local time.
Yu TV programming includes series, reality formats and entertainment programmes. Notable projects include "Nedouspeshnye" (Underachievers), "Pravda Zhizni" (Truth of Life), "Beremenna v 16" (Pregnant at 16), "Nevozmozhnoe Vozmozhno" (The Impossible Is Possible) and "Zakhoteli - Pokhudeli" (Wanted It, Lost Weight). The schedule also includes selected MTV programmes under an agreement with Paramount International Networks.
Yu TV launched on 16 September 2012 and was previously known as Muz-TV. After the rebranding, the channel focused on younger audiences and female-oriented entertainment formats. Its slogan is "Everything Starts with a Dream". Natalia Radko has been general director since 2019, and the channel is part of the MEDIA1 group.
In the Yu TV [RU+7] schedule, the seven-hour shift is most visible in reality shows, evening series, thematic projects and repeats. The channel remains part of Yu TV programming, while airtime is adapted for the eastern time zone.
