About Тонус ТВ (Tonus TV)
Tonus TV is a Russian educational television channel about healthy lifestyle, sport, nutrition, psychology and beauty. The channel operates around the clock in Russian and, after rebranding, is also known under the name Zdorovye (Health).
The line-up focuses on physical culture, nutrition, psychology, longevity and everyday balance. The schedule includes morning exercises, children's yoga, pilates, stretching, kickboxing, dance, bodyflex and other exercise formats.
Training sessions and conversations are led by yoga instructors, fitness trainers, professors, stylists and chefs. Tonus TV explains practical everyday habits connected with physical and mental wellbeing, nutrition and self-care, while keeping the format closer to educational television than medical advice. The channel is distributed through cable, satellite and IPTV/OTT television.
