About Точка-ТВ (Tochka-TV)
Tochka-TV is a Russian commercial channel with an entertainment and educational profile. It began broadcasting on 24 April 2014, operates around the clock in Russian and is available in Russia, Kazakhstan and other countries. The channel broadcasts in 576i 16:9 SDTV.
Its programming combines documentary series and biographies about travel, history and mysticism with children's animated series and feature-length cartoons, including titles from Soyuzmultfilm. The schedule also includes the weekend music programme "Avtoradio. Diskoteka 80-kh" (Autoradio. 80s Disco) and several daytime and evening "Torre Ricca" teleshopping blocks.
This mix gives Tochka-TV a blend of educational, family and commercial television. The channel is owned by OOO Tochka TV, and its control centre is in Moscow. Tochka-TV is available through satellite, digital terrestrial, cable and IPTV/OTT infrastructure from Russian and international operators.
