3+ Latvia is a private entertainment television channel in the Russian-language segment of Baltic TV. The channel is connected with the TV3 Group family and occupies a niche of familiar Russian-language entertainment in a Latvian and Baltic context.

The schedule combines series, films, reality formats, entertainment shows, comedy projects and reruns of popular television blocks. 3+ stays close to mainstream home entertainment: it avoids heavy news programming and keeps an easy line-up for daytime, evening and weekend programming.
