About Беларусь 3 HD (Belarus 3 HD)
Belarus 3 HD is the HD version of Belarus 3, the cultural and educational TV channel of Belteleradiocompany. It broadcasts in 1080i 16:9 (HDTV), runs around the clock in Belarusian and Russian, and follows the main channel's focus on culture, the arts and the historical heritage of Belarus.
The schedule includes programmes about Belarusian culture, literature and the arts, documentary series on the country's history, stories about folk traditions and national holidays, classical and folk music concerts, Belarusian feature and documentary films, theatre productions and educational series about language and literature.
The main Belarus 3 channel began broadcasting in 2013 as part of Belteleradiocompany's expansion. The HD version keeps its cultural and educational profile and presents concerts, theatre productions, documentaries and authored programmes in HD format.
