About Пятница! (Pyatnitsa!)
Pyatnitsa! is a Russian federal entertainment channel launched on 1 June 2013. It broadcasts in Russian and builds its schedule around original entertainment formats, travel shows, reality programmes, food formats, everyday advice stories, people-focused projects and urban leisure.
Stanislav Chirkov has been the voice of the channel since 2013. The owner legal entity is registered as OOO Telekompaniya Pyatnitsa. In 2014 the channel became part of Gazprom-Media, and since 2015 it has belonged to the Gazprom-Media Entertainment Television sub-holding.
Nikolay Kartoziya is the general director and general producer of the channel. Pyatnitsa! broadcasts in 16:9 SDTV and 1080i HDTV formats and is carried through digital terrestrial television, cable, satellite and IPTV/OTT networks.
