About Jahonnamo
Jahonnamo is a Tajik state news channel launched on 5 November 2008. Its name is rendered as "the world around us", which fits the channel's information profile.
The schedule includes news, public-affairs programmes, analysis, international reviews, reports and special information blocks. Jahonnamo works as a separate news line within Tajik television and gives current affairs their own schedule.
