About Кухня ТВ (Kukhnya TV)
Kukhnya TV is a Russian cooking and culinary education TV channel. The channel began broadcasting on 15 September 2007 under the name Kukhnya TV in Russian. Since 30 October 2023, the on-air branding has also used a shortened form, Kukhnya.
The schedule is shaped by cooking shows, recipes from various world cuisines, programmes on home cooking, restaurant cuisine and food products. The channel features signature programmes, chef master classes, episodes on traditional regional cuisine and reviews of modern gastronomy. Since 1 September 2018, the channel has been broadcasting in HD format 1080i 16:9 (HDTV).
The channel is owned by OOO TPO Red Media. Kukhnya TV is available through digital terrestrial television, cable networks and satellite providers of Russian and international operators.
