Ocean TV HD is a Russian educational and entertainment TV channel about the World Ocean, water environments and the history of the relationship between people and the sea. The channel began broadcasting on 4 December 2007 and operates around the clock in Russian.

Since 13 June 2023, its on-air graphics and design have used the updated Ocean HD brand. The schedule includes documentaries and popular-science programmes about World Ocean exploration, deep-sea life, travellers' diaries, water sports, sailing regattas, diving, surfing, shipbuilding and naval battles.

Most of the programmes are produced in Russia, while the schedule also includes partner productions from BBC, Discovery and National Geographic. The channel is available in SD and HD formats. Ocean TV HD is distributed through digital terrestrial television, cable and satellite networks, and it broadcasts across Russia, the CIS countries, the Baltic States and the United States.
