About POP
POP is a British children’s television channel and kids’ TV brand launched on 29 May 2003 as Toons&Tunes. The channel is connected with Narrative Entertainment UK Limited and is aimed mainly at primary-school-age children.
POP originally mixed music videos with animation, but over time the focus moved toward animated series, children’s adventures, comedy stories and light entertainment formats. The schedule includes international and British animation, repeats, themed blocks and family-friendly programmes.
