More 4 [UK] is a British free-to-air channel owned by Channel Four Television Corporation and launched on 10 October 2005. The project grew from the idea of a Channel 4 sister service and became a home for documentaries, lifestyle programming and drama.
The schedule includes documentaries, home and design programmes, international dramas, Channel 4 repeats and selected current-affairs or talk formats. Over the years, the channel has carried More4 News, Grand Designs, Countdown, Deal or No Deal, ER, The West Wing, The Sopranos and The Daily Show.
