About Мужской (Muzhskoy)
Muzhskoy is a Russian thematic channel about hunting, fishing, firearms, cars and active hobbies. It began broadcasting on 22 March 2010, broadcasts around the clock in Russian and focuses on practical topics connected with equipment, nature and applied skills.
The schedule includes programmes about hunting and fishing practice, shooting sports, cars, auto tuning, gear and documentary series. The channel uses the slogan "Muzhskoy is my TV channel" and works like an interest magazine, bringing together field practice, technology and human stories.
From 2010 to 2021 the channel broadcast in 576i 16:9, then on 31 May 2021 it refreshed its design, logo and switched to 1080i 16:9 HDTV. The channel was founded by Mediamart. Muzhskoy is carried through digital terrestrial television, cable, satellite and IPTV networks.
