About TVP Polonia HD
TVP Polonia HD is the international channel of Telewizja Polska for Polish audiences abroad and people interested in Polish culture.
TVP Polonia began regular broadcasting in March 1993, and the HD version launched on 1 September 2020. The channel brings together programmes from TVP's domestic channels, news for Polish communities abroad, cultural shows, series, documentaries and material about contemporary Poland.
TVP Polonia HD connects Polish language, culture and public life with audiences outside the country. The schedule alternates news bulletins, diaspora programmes, Polish films and series, concerts, documentary projects and thematic cycles.
