About TVP Rozrywka
TVP Rozrywka is the entertainment channel of Telewizja Polska, launched on 15 April 2013.
Its name points directly to its role: rozrywka means entertainment in Polish. The schedule is built around entertainment series, cabaret, music programmes, game shows, archive editions and lighter TVP formats.
TVP Rozrywka complements TVP 1 and TVP 2 with a lighter and more relaxed programming line. The schedule alternates repeats of popular TVP projects, themed selections, evening entertainment blocks, stage numbers, gentle humour and programmes from the public broadcaster's archive. This gives the channel a separate entertainment strand within TVP, with its own rhythm of repeats, archive programmes and evening blocks.
